In 2007, he started co-teaching about Facebook apps at Stanford University along with Dave McClure.

In 2009, he started to learn more about general human behavior and published the Fogg Behavior Model to design human behavior.

In December 2011, he developed a method so that babies can develop a habit from their steps, which he called “Tiny Habits.” He has also given several Tedx talks on this topic.
