Shmee150 or Shmee is his public name. His real name is Tim Burton. He was born in London, on 17 September 1987.
In 2005, he left his studies after he passed his A-Levels. He always has that entrepreneurial zest in him. After his school, he started an electronics retail store into a London High Street shop.
Later he sold his store to become a Ski instructor in New Zealand. But due to a major injury, Tim returned to the UK and continue his study but stopped in few weeks.
Career
After returning from New Zealand, he started working at an investment consultancy firm in the technology team.
He started collecting and posting special car pictures on Facebook and other social media. Which became his hobby in 2008.
He started his YouTube career in 2010 by uploading his first video on his channel “Shmee150”. Though he has created his channel long back on 7 June 2006. The video showcased two supercars at the Top Gear Event. He has captured the special cars but he did not appear in the first video.
His following and subscribers started growing slowly but a time came to cause him to leave his job. He gave his full focus on YouTube and living a supercar dream.
He started to upload exotic cars contents on his channel. Which eventually brought him success. He travels across the world in search of exotic cars to feature in his video.
