Javale McGee’s real name is Javale Lindy McGee. He was born in Flint, Michigan, on January 19, 1988. He attended Detroit Country Day School and Javale Lindy McGee Later, he moved to Hales Franciscan High School in Chicago, where he played as a forward.

He was born to George Montgomery, a 1985 draft pick, and Pamela McGee, a University of Southern California athlete and two-time NCAA Division One Championship winner.

Professional Career

JaVale was picked 18th overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2008 NBA draft and signed a $2.4 million, two-year deal on July 9, 2008.
