Long Vuong was born in Hai Phong, Vietnam. He studies at DHQG Hanoi’s K34 Vocational High School.
He earned his business and management degree from Hanoi Business and Economics in 2002 and his master’s degree in economics of development from Erasmus University Rotterdam’s International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in 2004.
