Lewis Howes was born on March 13, 1983, in Delaware, Ohio. He Grew up in a small town with his parents and siblings. His Siblings are Christian Howes, Heidi Howes, Katherine Howes.
In his school days, he was bullied and was told that he is dumb. Which made him feel lonely all the time. And to overcome this he used to play sports.
He graduated from Principia College and he started playing football.
