Jonah Hill’s $15 Malibu Mansion On Sale

Just days after buying a $9 million home in Malibu, Jonah Hill is listing another home he recently purchased in the same gated community.

According to Dirt, the This Is the End actor is trading in his super modern home across the street from the ocean for a more traditional space with stairs right down to the beach.

While both are in the gated Malibu Colony community, Hill’s listing was purchased for $9 million by Chrome Hearts founders Richard and Laurie Stark just over a year ago.

He must be confident in the changes he’s made because he’s currently asking for $15 million for the space.

The 3,600-square-foot house was built in the 1930s. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread out over three stories.

It also has plenty of natural light thanks to the clerestory windows. The main bathroom has a beautiful oversized shower as well as a dry sauna.

In addition, the house has an attached garage and a large, welcoming driveway.

Hill bought the house with an entirely white exterior. The room is now painted a dark charcoal gray.

The roof deck, which provides peekaboo ocean views and looks over the lovely pool in the backyard, is one of the house’s best features. While it does not have a full ocean view or sit on the beach, it does have deeded access to the beach, which is just across the street.

The backyard also includes an outdoor kitchen, bar, spa, and sauna. While Hill’s updates and changes are unknown, the next owners will undoubtedly find the home to be a relaxing slice of paradise.

In addition to his two Malibu Colony homes, Hill owns a posh NoHo loft in New York City, which is currently under contract for just under $11 million.
