Jonah Hill Buys Second Property In The Same Neighborhood
Jonah Hill paid $9 million for a contemporary home on the “landscape” of Malibu Colony a little more than a year ago.
According to public records, the Oscar-nominated actor has just spent $15.5 million on another house in the same guard-gated enclave, this time on the “beach side,” right on a desirable sandbar with picturesque ocean views.
Unlike Hill’s other property in the neighborhood, this one is on the ocean side and overlooks a lovely stretch of sand.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits on a 16-acre lot and has 3,100 square feet of living space.
Although Hill’s first acquisition in the neighborhood was modern, with white stucco siding reminiscent of those found in Greece, his new purchase is a little more dated.
The new house, which was built in the 1930s, is more traditional, with stucco siding and wood shingles, according to Dirt. It has three stories, a two-car garage, and a brick driveway with one gated entrance.
The living room has a magnificent fireplace and vaulted wood-beamed ceilings. The arched doorways open up the space and aid in the overall flow of the layout.
Almost all of the rooms have natural wood ceilings, making the entire house feel more natural. A galley-style kitchen and a curved staircase lead upstairs. Where many of the rooms have vaulted ceilings and ocean views.
The ocean-view balcony accessible through the main suite, which includes a bathroom with dual vanities and a rainfall shower, as well as a walk-in closet, is one of the most beautiful features of the house.
A cozy den warmed by a wood stove and an office space that, according to the listing, could easily be converted into a gym or yoga room are also included.
A large brick patio with a covered alfresco dining area is flanked by a wood deck with steps leading directly to the sand. It also has a covered dining area so that the space can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.
In addition to his two Malibu Colony getaways, Hill owns a loft in New York City’s Manhattan neighborhood that is in escrow to be sold for just under $11 million.
This home is a lovely addition to Jonah Hill’s impressive real estate investments.
