Chumlee used to work at the gold and silver pawn shop when he was about 21 years old. He worked there for about 5 years and after that, he joined the film industry, where he had the very first season of a reality TV show pawn stars in the year 2009.
In that series, he was depicting comical fouls that used to make him the butt of the jokes because of his lack of intelligence and incompetence. He was referred to as the “village idiot”.
